The Orange County Register – Brad A. Johnson’s 75 Best Places to Eat
Brad’s take: There are only eight seats inside this tiny Argentine steakhouse, stools gathered around the grill. An outdoor deck accommodates 20 more. The basic premise here is simple: uncomplicated, grass-fed, wood-grilled steak and lamb. The best of the bunch is the sirloin, a regulation baseball-sized hunk of beef perfectly cooked over smoldering mesquite embers. The wood-fired grill also produces an incredible burger, a thick, half-pound patty of freshly ground beef loaded up with Neuske bacon and cheddar. Ask about the off-menu French toast for dessert.
